Pies with cottage cheese are a favorite children's dessert, hearty and tasty, sweet and aromatic. And in order for pies with cottage cheese to be as useful as possible, they should not be fried in a pan, but baked in the oven.
It is necessary
- For pie dough:

- - 500 g of jam,
- - 60 g butter,
- - 2 egg yolks,
- - 100 g of sugar,
- - 60 g of raisins.
- For decoration:
- - 100 g flour,
- - 100 g of sugar,
- - 100 g butter,
- - 200 ml of milk,
- - 20 g vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix yeast with 1 tbsp. l. sugar and flour, add warm milk no more than 4 tablespoons. Place in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add sugar and flour, beat in yolks, ghee, 100 ml of a glass of milk. Knead the dough. You need to knead the dough for pies until it stops sticking to your hands. Cover with a towel and set aside to rise for an hour.
Step 2
Powder for pies with cottage cheese is prepared from a mixture of sugar, flour, butter. The filling should also be prepared in advance - mix cottage cheese, sugar and raisins until smooth.
Step 3
Place the patty dough on a floured board and cut into even small pieces. Roll up the balls, then roll out the round cakes with a rolling pin and place the curd filling in the middle. Blind the edges and round off the curd patties slightly to make a flat, round bun.
Step 4
Place the cottage cheese patties on a baking sheet wrapped in baking paper and let stand for 10-20 minutes. Now the cottage cheese pies must be carefully perforated in the middle, greased with an egg and put in the center of the jam. It remains to cover it with a thick powder and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C. Decorate the finished cottage cheese pies with aromatic vanilla sugar.
