A very unusual open pie with a well-known berry - gooseberries.
It is necessary
- - 150 g butter;
- - 350 g of gooseberries;
- - 200 ml sour cream;
- - 200 g vanilla sugar;
- - 4 things. chicken eggs;
- - 300 g of premium flour;
- - 200 ml of cream;
- - 100 g of coconut flakes;
- - 1 PC. a bag of baking powder;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the butter out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking, it should melt but not leak. This cake recipe requires a soft butter. When the butter has softened, cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Place butter in a high-rimmed bowl and add baking powder. Sift flour and gently knead the dough. Add the coconut flakes to the dough. It is best to take the white one. Add cream to the dough, knead and wrap in plastic wrap. Leave it in the refrigerator for one hour.
Step 3
Take one whole chicken egg, from the rest you will need yolks for the recipe. In a blender, beat the egg and yolks. Add sugar in small portions, when sugar is completely dispersed, add sour cream.
Step 4
Wash the gooseberry berries well, dry them by throwing them on a sieve or colander, cut the tails with small scissors and pierce each berry in several places with a thick needle. If the berries are large, you can cut them in half, then you do not need to pierce them.
Step 5
Roll out the dough in a thin layer, place in a greased baking dish, spread the gooseberries evenly on it and cover with eggs and sour cream. Top with dry beans. Bake the cake at maximum temperature for twenty minutes. Then cool and remove the beans.
