Panna cotta is the most delicate cream dessert. In this case, let's prepare a blueberry treat. The panna cotta itself is prepared in 15 minutes, but at the same time it needs to cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 500 ml of cream;
- - 1 glass of blueberries;
- - 1/2 glass of milk;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 1/3 cup sugar;
- - 1 sachet of gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a bag of gelatin (about 7 grams), dilute it in 1/2 cup of warm milk.
Step 2
Combine cream with half a glass of sugar, put on low heat, bring to a boil. Pour in milk with gelatin, stirring constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Just don't boil this mixture.
Step 3
Leave about 1/3 cup of fresh blueberries intact. Grind the rest of the berries with 1/3 cup granulated sugar until smooth. Mix this berry mass with whole blueberries.
Step 4
Pour the cream into bowls, portioned bowls, vases or ordinary glass glasses, cover with cling film on top, put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to cool. Serve the dessert with the blueberry mass on top. Panna cotta with blueberries is ready.
Step 5
Using this recipe, you can make pannu cotta with any berries. The recipe for the dessert remains the same, you just need to change the "top" - you can add different berries, pieces of fresh fruit or cover the creamy dessert on top with cream for cakes - it all depends on your imagination and culinary skills.
