To cook pork chops in batter, you will need: 500 g of meat, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. flour, salt, pepper, oil. For chops, the meat needs to be cut quite thinly across the fibers, the pieces should be no more than 1.5 cm thick. Beat the pieces well on both sides with the blunt side of a culinary hammer (without cloves), in this case, the structure of the meat will not be disturbed, and during frying it will not will lose juice. Salt and pepper the pieces of meat. Beat the eggs, add a little salt. Dip the meat in flour, dip in a beaten egg and flour again. Place the chops in a skillet heated with vegetable oil. Saute the meat over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. You do not need to cover the pan with a lid. Place ready-made chops on paper towels to get rid of excess fat. Serve the pork on a serving platter or in bowls. Garnish with parsley, lettuce and chopped fresh vegetables.

You can fry the chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, then put them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle them with grated cheese.

Cook pork chops in a wine and cream sauce. Products: 500 g of pork, 50 g of butter, salt, pepper. For cream sauce: 1 pear, 1 onion, 1 cup cream, 50 g dry white wine, thyme. Cut the pork into slices across the grain. Beat with a hammer, salt and pepper. Fry on both sides in a skillet with hot oil. Place the chops on a platter. Make a creamy sauce. Finely chop the onion. Peel the pear from seeds, grind in a meat grinder or blender. Fry the onions in the skillet where the meat was fried. Add thyme, cream, wine, pear and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the sauce over the chops and serve.

If you use a mixture of vegetable oil and butter to fry the chops, the cooked meat will be more tender.

Make ham chops. Products: 500 g pork, 200 g ham, 100 g cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Cut the meat into portions, beat with a hammer, pepper. You do not need to salt. Fry the chops in a skillet until golden brown, transfer to a baking sheet, brush them with mayonnaise. Chop ham into small cubes, mix with finely chopped green onions. Spoon the mixture onto the chops and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes. Then serve.

Prepare an original dish: pork chops in jelly. You will need: 700 g of pork, 50 g of olives, 100 g of gherkins, 20 g of butter, 500 ml of fruit juice (pineapple, orange is suitable), salt, pepper, 20 g of gelatin. Cut the pork into portions and beat. Salt and pepper the meat and fry on 2 sides in a skillet. Make jelly. Pour a little water over the gelatin and let it swell for half an hour. Then heat the juice, pour the gelatin into it and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Place the chops on separate plates or on a platter, garnish with chopped gherkins, olives, and pour over the jelly. Place the dish in the refrigerator to freeze the jelly.
