It is necessary

  • For batter with flour:
  • - 200 g flour;
  • - 6 eggs;
  • - 5 tbsp. l. milk;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. cream;
  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • - salt.
  • For batter with starch:
  • 1 egg;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. starch;
  • - salt.
  • For batter with cheese:
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 60 g of hard cheese;
  • - 4 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
  • - 100 ml heavy cream;
  • - ground pepper;
  • - salt.
  • For batter with bread crumbs:
  • - 4 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
  • - 1-2 tbsp. l. ready-made mustard;
  • - 3-4 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - ½ glass of water;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. bread crumbs;
  • - salt.
  • For vegetable batter:
  • - 1 bell pepper;
  • - 1 head of onion;
  • - ½ cans of canned corn;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - flour;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Batter with flour

Combine raw eggs with milk, cream and sour cream. Stir everything well and, stirring continuously, add flour. Add the minced garlic cloves and salt. Beat the batter with a wooden jar until smooth. Beat the pork chopped in portions with a wooden mallet, salt and pepper on both sides. Then dip in batter and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Starch batter

Mix potato or cornstarch with salt. Whisk a raw egg into the mixture and stir very well. Portion slices of pork, beat with a table hammer and pre-marinate in a mixture of lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and grated ginger. Then dip in starch batter and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Batter with cheese

Pre-cool the eggs and beat with a whisk. Then pour in the heavy cream and stir thoroughly. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the egg mixture. Season the batter with salt and ground pepper. Mix all ingredients well. Grate pork chops with salt and pepper, breaded in wheat flour, then dip in batter and fry in vegetable or ghee.

Batter with bread crumbs

Mix sour cream with vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) and flour. Add prepared mustard, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Pour the water into a small saucepan and heat to room temperature and, after removing from heat, immediately pour a thin stream into the batter that is being prepared. Whisk all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk or mixer until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps. Add the breadcrumbs last and mix well again. If the batter is too thick, add a little more water. Dip the beaten portions of pork in cooked batter and fry in a pan in vegetable oil.

Step 5

Vegetable batter

Wash and dry the bell peppers, peel the onions. Then cut the prepared vegetables into small pieces. In a deep bowl, combine the onions, bell peppers and corn. Whisk the raw eggs and salt separately. Then add them to the vegetables and mix well. If the batter is thin, add a couple tablespoons of flour and stir. Dip the portions of pork in vegetable batter and fry until tender.
