Instructions
Step 1
Braised chicken fillet.
Cut the onion into thin rings, sprinkle with flour and fry in hot oil in a deep saucepan.
Flatten the chicken fillet and cut into narrow strips. Place it over the onion and stir until the meat turns white.
Pour the finished lecho to the chicken, add hot red pepper, salt, sour cream. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Chicken in a jar.
Dismember the whole chicken into small pieces so that they fit into the neck of the liter can. Rinse the meat under running water. Dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Make the marinade mixture. Combine paprika, hot pepper, salt. Dip chicken pieces in this mixture and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Tamp the marinated chicken pieces into a dry glass jar. Place onion rings and garlic cloves between the layers of chicken. Cover the jar with a glass lid or wrap tightly with foil.
Place the jar in a saucepan and place in a cold oven. Set the temperature to low. After 20 minutes, increase the oven temperature. Simmer the chicken in a jar for another hour and a half.
Step 4
Stewed chicken with vegetables.
Fry the chicken pieces in a hot skillet. Arrange them in a row in a deep saucepan. Pour with adjika mixed with sour cream or mayonnaise.
On top, make a vegetable layer of diced courgettes, carrots and eggplant. Close tightly with a lid and set simmer until vegetables are cooked.
