- • 2 cups of buckwheat;
- • 1, 5 glasses of warm water;
- • 200 g sour cream;
- • 150 g of hard cheese;
- • Butter for greasing the mold;
- • Deep baking dish

- • Salt;
- • Khmeli-suneli;
- • Greens to taste.

Step 1
First you need to sort out the cereal and rinse it under running water. Lubricate the pan with butter and evenly distribute the buckwheat in it.

Chop the onions into small cubes, place them on the buckwheat.
