Chicken roll can be prepared for a festive feast, and for an everyday lunch or dinner. It is convenient to take it to work as lunch, on the road, for a picnic. Due to the fact that this dish can be prepared with various fillings, its taste does not become boring.

- 4 chicken legs;
- 200 gr of cheese;
- 100 grams of mushrooms;
- 2-3 eggs;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 1 pickled or pickled cucumber;
- 250 grams of mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- greens;
- ground black pepper;
- salt;
- baking foil.
Instructions
Step 1
Take 4 chicken legs, rinse them. Cut off the fat from the legs; you don't need it to make the chicken roll. Cut the inside of the leg along the bone. Use a sharp knife to separate the meat from the bones. You will get a layer of boneless chicken meat. Prepare all 4 legs in this way.
Step 2
For the filling, grate 100 grams of cheese, 2 cloves of garlic. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, stir.
Step 3
For the second filling, fry mushrooms in vegetable oil (you can take boiled or pickled ones) with chopped onion. Cool it down. Add 1 tablespoon of grated cheese, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to mushrooms and onions. Mix everything well.
Step 4
Boil 2-3 eggs, cool and peel. Cut each egg lengthwise into 4 pieces. This will be the filling for the third roll.
Step 5
Wash and boil 1 carrot. Peel it, cut it into thin cubes. Chop a pickled or pickled cucumber in the same way. Mix it with carrots. This is the fourth filling.
Step 6
Take the prepared chicken leg and place it skin side down on the table. Season with salt and pepper. Put the filling, roll the chicken leg into a roll. If eggs or cucumber and carrots are used as the filling, grease the meat with mayonnaise first.
Step 7
Wrap each roll tightly separately in baking foil. Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
Step 8
Place a baking sheet with chicken rolls in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake for about 1 hour.
Step 9
Remove the baking sheet with the finished rolls from the oven, wait until they cool. Unroll the foil, transfer the rolls to a cutting board and cut them into neat slices.
Step 10
Arrange the rolls beautifully on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, serve.
