Halibut pasta belongs to the Italian cuisine. A lot of carbohydrates, rich in proteins, maximum saturated with vitamins and microelements.

- - 1 kg of spaghetti;
- - 500 g halibut (fillet);
- - 3 tomatoes;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - sea salt, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes (preferably sweet varieties), chop with a blender. Chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic, when it becomes brownish, pour in the tomato puree. Continue to simmer.
Step 3
Cook the spaghetti. To avoid overcooking, remove the spaghetti from the stove 2 minutes before cooking. Season with olive oil.
Step 4
Cut halibut fillets into small slices. Add fish to tomato, simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt and Caucasian pepper.
Step 5
Place spaghetti on a serving plate, top with tomato and halibut sauce, add fresh herbs.
