The integral components of almost any pizza are cheese and tomatoes, yet the rest of the filling ingredients are taken depending on taste preferences. Mushrooms are the product most often added to pizza, combined with sausage or chicken.

If the dish is prepared exactly according to the recipe, then the crust will turn out to be crispy, and the filling itself will be incredibly tasty and aromatic. An important tip: the amount of filling is calculated for the entire amount of dough, so if you use only part of the dough, for example, half, then use half the amount of filling.

- 10 grams of fast-acting yeast;

- a teaspoon of sugar;

- 1, 5 glasses of warm water;

- three glasses of flour;

- a teaspoon of salt;

- some vegetable oil;

- 300 grams of sausage;

- one bell pepper (any color);

- three tablespoons of canned sweet corn;

- 200 grams of mushrooms;

- 300 grams of pickled tomatoes;

- two cloves of garlic;

- salt and pepper;

- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese.

Pour warm water (or milk) into a jar and dilute yeast and sugar in it (compressed yeast can also be used in the recipe, but cooking will take longer). Leave until a thick, cloudy foam appears on the water. Sift flour on the work surface with a slide, make a small depression in the center and pour the butter and yeast mixture into it, add salt and gently knead the dough. As soon as the dough becomes smooth and elastic, and at the same time stops sticking to your hands, roll it into a ball and place it in a deep container greased with oil. Cover the dough with a lid and put it in a warm place for an hour.

While the dough is fine, peel and chop the garlic, then lightly fry it in vegetable oil. Add tomatoes to the pan to the garlic, salt, if required, and pepper, simmer the sauce for 10 minutes after boiling, remembering to stir it constantly. Fry the mushrooms in a separate pan (for pizza, it is best to take fresh mushrooms, and only oyster mushrooms, champignons or chanterelles). As soon as the dough approximately doubles in volume, crumple it and roll it into a thin layer up to 0.5 cm thick and place on a greased baking sheet (if you are using a silicone mold, it is unnecessary to grease it). Brush the dough with the prepared sauce, then lay out the filling (sausage and pepper, pre-cut into cubes, as well as corn and mushrooms). Sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza and garnish with fresh tomato wedges and herbs if desired.

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for a quarter of an hour. The pizza is ready. It is better to use this dish exceptionally hot, reheating will negatively affect its taste.

Fast pizza with sausage and mushrooms

- ready-made base for pizza (can be purchased at any store);

- 300 grams of sausage;

- 100 grams of champignons;

- two tablespoons of bolognese sauce;

- one scoop of mozzarella;

- half a glass of grated parmesan cheese;

- half a glass of gouda cheese;

- some green onions.

Cut the champignons, mozzarella and sausage into slices, grate the other two types of cheese. Lubricate the base-crust with sauce (in this case, you can use ordinary tomato ketchup mixed with chopped garlic), put sausage and all types of cheese on it, on top of the cheese - mushrooms. Place the pizza dish in the oven (temperature about 200-210 degrees) and bake for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pizza with chopped onions or any other herbs.

Pizza in a pan: recipe

- pizza dough (recipe is given above);

- 200 grams of sausage;

- a tablespoon of vegetable oil;

- one bell pepper;

- 150 grams of fresh mushrooms;

- 1/3 cans of olives (they can be replaced with pickled cucumbers);

- 250 grams of any hard cheese;

- a glass of tomato sauce.

Prepare pizza dough and sauce (recipes given above). Pour some oil into a frying pan and fry the pre-cut sausage until golden brown. In a separate skillet, fry the chopped mushrooms and bell peppers for five minutes. Roll out the pizza dough, cut out the crust slightly larger than the diameter of the pan. Place the crust in the skillet, form low "bumpers", cover and put the skillet on low heat for 10 minutes. Grease the hot crust with plenty of tomato sauce, lay out the filling, cover again and put on fire. Cook the pizza until the cheese is completely melted. For faster cooking, you can also use a ready-made base in the recipe, the main thing is that its diameter matches the diameter of the pan. By the way, this recipe can also be used to make pizza in a slow cooker.

It is worth noting that the taste of pizza becomes more intense if two types of sausages are used in recipes at once. For a more mushroom flavor, you can use dried mushrooms when preparing a dish, however, you first need to soak them for three hours in cold water, and then boil.
