It is necessary

  • - 1 large sheet of Armenian thin lavash;
  • - 200 g of processed cheese;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 100-150 g of crab sticks;
  • - a small bunch of dill;
  • - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 tsp wheat flour (with a slide).

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the crab sticks from the cellophane wrap and chop finely. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.

Step 2

Put the processed cheese in a separate bowl and add the garlic passed through a press to it, mix thoroughly so that the garlic is evenly distributed over the cheese mass. Wash the dill in running water, dry and chop finely.

Step 3

Fold a sheet of pita bread in half, cut, and then fold the resulting halves in half again and cut. You should have 4 identical rectangles.

Step 4

Spread cream cheese on 1 rectangle. Sprinkle the cheese with chopped dill and top with chopped crab sticks. Place the second layer of pita bread on top of the sticks.

Step 5

Repeat the same with the second and third layers of pita bread. Cover all with fourth and press down lightly. Cut the resulting briquette into small pieces with a sharp knife.

Step 6

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with flour. Dip each bite in the egg mixture and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until a beautiful golden crust is formed.
