Step 1
Chicken and Prune Salad Prepare all the food you need. Wash the chicken fillet under cold running water and boil until tender. Cut the meat into cubes or strips. Hard boil the eggs, peel and carefully separate the yolks from the whites. Grate the yolks in a separate plate on a fine grater. Cut the squirrels into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash fresh cucumbers, peel, then cut into small cubes. Rinse the prunes thoroughly, cover with hot water for two hours. As soon as it is steamed, fold it in a colander, let the water drain. Dry it and then chop finely. Peel the walnuts, chop them finely with a knife or chop them in a blender. When all the salad ingredients are prepared, layer them.
Step 3
Take a deep bowl. Start stacking layers with the chicken. Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on it. Then lay down layer by layer - prunes, cucumbers, egg whites, walnuts. Saturate each layer with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with chopped yolks on top. The last layer, nutty, do not grease, but decorate with sprigs of dill and parsley.

Chicken, Prune and Mushroom Salad Prepare all the ingredients you need. To do this, boil the eggs, grate them on a coarse grater. Rinse the prunes and soften for 20 minutes in hot water, then cut into strips or cubes. Leave a few to decorate the salad. Boil chicken fillet and divide into fibers. Peel the onion, chop finely. Rinse the mushrooms, chop and fry with the onion in vegetable oil. Chop the cucumbers into strips. Wash greens, chop finely.
Step 5
Lay all products in layers in the following order: prunes, mushrooms, chicken, eggs, cucumbers. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. Top with prunes and chopped dill.
