It is necessary

Sort the berries, remove the stalks, sort - leave the crushed non-marketable ones on jam, and from a whole, beautiful berry, cook strawberries in your own juice. Rinse with cold water and place in a colander to drain the water. Prepare the container: rinse thoroughly with soda, sterilize in the usual way, dry.

Strawberries in their own juice are made quickly, the recipe is very simple. Put the berry with the top in jars, pour 2 teaspoons of sugar into each jar. You can cook strawberries in your own juice and without sugar, but a little sugar will only improve the taste of the product.
Step 3
Place the jars of berries in the oven on the wire rack, set the temperature regulator to 100˚C, the timer to 15 minutes. After the oven turns off, take out the strawberries, fill up the incomplete jars, dividing the contents of one into the three remaining ones. Cover the container with lids and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes. After turning off the oven, do not rush to remove the cans, let them cool in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Then take it out and roll it up. Store strawberries in their own juice in the refrigerator or basement.
