Meat burek is a Turkish dish. In Turkey, it can often be seen on the festive table. The dish turns out to be very satisfying and tasty. You can be sure that the burek will surprise your guests.

- - 500 g puff pastry
- - 100 g of hard cheese
- - 400 g of beef
- - 50 ml of water
- - 100 ml of kefir
- - 1 egg
- - 1 carrot
- - 1 onion
- - vegetable oil
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
First take the meat, rinse it well, then cut it into pieces.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, put everything in a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Combine meat and vegetables and mince them. Pepper the minced meat, salt to taste.
Step 3
Cut out small circles from the dough using a glass. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put dough circles on it.
Step 4
Put some minced meat on the dough, then the dough and mince again. The top layer should be made of dough.
Step 5
Mix water, kefir, egg and salt. Pour the mixture over the burek.
And put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle the meat burek with grated cheese and leave in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
