- - Onions - 2 medium heads;

- - Drinking water - 250 ml;

- - Dill - 1 bunch;
Instructions
Step 1
We clean the fish, from entrails, fins and tail. We wash thoroughly.
Step 2
Cut into pieces of the desired size, put in a deep frying pan or mold.

Add spices and sunflower oil.
Step 4
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, add to the mold.
Step 5
Peel the carrots, grate, and add again to the fish.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, water, add spices and beat thoroughly.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into a mold. We send the form to the oven and bake until fully cooked.
Step 8
We spread the fish on a dish and decorate with dill on top.
