- For cooking fish: salt - to taste; lemon - 1/2 part; olive or sunflower oil; salmon steaks.
- For the sauce: salt to taste; garlic - 1 clove; cucumber - 1 pc; jars of classic unsweetened yogurt.

Step 1
To cook salmon, cut it into steaks so that only skin is on one side. Get rid of all bones, they should not be in the fillet. You can use tweezers - it is very convenient to get small bones with it.

Pour lemon juice over the meat and sprinkle with salt. But it will be much better if you add salt at the end of frying, because thanks to this, moisture will be released.

Preheat the skillet - it's time to cook the salmon. Place the meat skin side down and cook, covered with a lid. When the salmon turns pale pink and juice is released when pressed, the dish is ready.

While cooking the salmon, make the sauce. The sauce should not be fatty, as the fish itself is quite fatty. It will be lightweight, allowing the fish to be shaded. Yoghurt sauce works just fine.
Step 5
Peel the cucumber and grate it. Place the grated mass in a bowl and add unsweetened classic yogurt there. Season with salt to taste and squeeze out the garlic. If you don't like garlic, you can skip adding it.
