  • - 175 g chocolate (50-60% cocoa)
  • - 100 g walnut kernels (finely crushed)
  • - 300 ml of milk
  • - 5 tablespoons flour
  • - 150 g butter
  • - 150 g sugar
  • - 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • - 1 tablespoon caster sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface to a size of 23 x 33 cm (baking dish). Bake 1st sheet for 10 minutes at 185 ° C or until golden brown.

Step 2

Let cool for a few minutes and then carefully cut into rectangles, making 4 cuts vertically and horizontally (you should make about 25 pieces). Bake until half cooked 2nd sheet for 5 minutes at 175 C.
