A completely simple recipe for biscuit dough for those sweet lovers who do not like to be in the kitchen for a long time and are waiting for a quick result. Everyone can cook such a cake, a delicious sweetness in 2, 5 minutes will delight both children and adults.
Main Ingredients:
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 100 g pasteurized 3.2% milk;
- 1 tsp baking powder for dough;
- 60 g bread flour;
- 50 g olive oil;
- 4 tbsp. l. granulated sugar.
Additional ingredients:
- condensed milk;
- chocolate chips.
Preparation:
- Break eggs into a deep bowl or saucepan, add the specified amount of granulated sugar. Beat the ingredients in a container with a mixer until smooth. Next, add baking powder (a teaspoon of powder should be flat). Pour flour there and mix with a mixer. You will get a semi-liquid consistency.
- The next step is to pour in vegetable (olive) oil, and then milk, mix again with a mixer.
- Pour the batter into a round shape. This should be a special plastic or silicone microwave baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in the microwave at 1000 W for 2.5 minutes.
- Gently remove the hot cake from the mold and place on a flat plate.
- Lubricate the surface of the biscuit with a thin layer of condensed milk, so that the condensed milk soaks the cake better, you can poke the entire surface with a fork (do this before greasing).
- Then sprinkle the sponge cake with fine chocolate shavings. Both milky and bitter will do. You can grind a piece of tile on a regular fine-mesh grater.
- Leave the biscuit cake to cool completely.
The crust can also be made with a chocolate flavor by adding a teaspoon of cocoa to the main recipe. Having made and connected two cakes, you get a full-fledged sponge cake. Condensed milk or any sweet cream can serve as a layer between them.
