Pilaf is usually cooked in a cauldron and with lamb. But you can cook pilaf with chicken meat, instead of a cauldron, you can use pots. It turns out a very aromatic dish with a rich taste.

- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 onion;
- - 6 tbsp. spoons of rice;
- - 6 cloves of garlic;
- - salt;
- - vegetable oil;
- - seasoning for chicken.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken leg, cut into pieces, rub with chicken spices. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put chicken pieces, put to simmer.
Step 2
Rub the peeled carrots on a large grater, add to the legs, chop the onions, also send them to the pan. Simmer until tender.
Step 3
Take three pots, put the chicken with vegetables in them. Add 2. tbsp to each pot. tablespoons of long-grain rice.
Step 4
Add water so that its level is two centimeters above the rice. Salt to taste, close the pots with lids, put in the oven.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Then add 2 cloves of garlic to the pots, simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve the finished chicken pilaf directly in the pots.
