Step 1
First you need to prepare the dough. To do this, pour 1 glass of kefir into a bowl, add one egg, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. Mix everything well and add 1 tsp. soda slaked with vinegar and gently mix again. Add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Let it stand for a while.
Step 2
After the mass starts to bubble, start adding flour gradually. At the same time, the dough should not be very tight. Leave the dough in a bowl, cover for a while with a towel to disperse the gluten.
Step 3
When the dough has spread, grease your hands and rolling pin with vegetable oil. Put the filling on the rolled dough and mold the pies.
