Pudding is a typically English dish. The vast majority of the British prefer plum pudding, but other berries and fruits can also be prepared. For example, try making Banana Cranberry Pudding.
It is necessary
- - half a glass of cranberry juice;
- - 150 g bread crumbs;
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 bananas;
- - lemon juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Take ripe bananas, cut into random pieces with a knife and put in a blender bowl. Add two Art. tablespoons of sugar (if you do not like sugar, then you can add honey), two yolks, lemon juice and beat with a blender. Pour 150 grams of bread crumbs there (in this recipe, crackers replace flour), pour in cranberry juice and stir until the consistency becomes similar to liquid sour cream.
Step 2
Add two proteins to a separate bowl and beat with a mixer. Stir the previously prepared dough with the whipped egg whites. Stir gently with a spoon, from top to bottom.
Step 3
Take paper tartlets, put them in a baking dish and add 2/3 of the dough to them, as it will rise during cooking. Place in the oven for 30 minutes at an average baking temperature of 150-170 ° C.
