- olive oil - 60 g;
- mayonnaise - 120 g;
- carrots - 2, 5 pieces;
- medium-sized onions - 3 pcs;
- mushrooms - 270 g;
- rice - 5 tbsp;
- eggs - 5 pcs;
- crab meat - 270 g.

Step 1
To make a crab salad, boil the rice and then add some olive oil to it. Stir and place on the bottom of the salad bowl as the first layer.
Step 2
Disassemble the crab meat into small pieces and lay out in a second layer, thinly greased with mayonnaise. This crab salad should contain a lot of mayonnaise, so don't skimp on it by smearing every layer.
Step 3
For the crab salad to be cooked correctly, finely chop the eggs into cubes with a sharp knife, put them in a third layer and coat with another layer of mayonnaise.
Step 4
Cut onion into cubes, carrots into strips. Chop the mushrooms into slices. Fry in different pans with a little olive oil, mushrooms, carrots and onions.

Combine all ingredients, stir and lay out as a final layer. Add another layer of mayonnaise. The crab salad can be considered ready, leave it to soak for 2 hours, and if you have time, it is better for the whole night.
