- - 1 kg of large shrimps;
- - 100 g of fried bacon;
- - 100 g of rucolla;
- - 40 g parmesan cheese.
- For the sauce:
- - 600 g of passion fruit;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 50 ml of soy sauce;
- - 50 ml of rice vinegar.

First, let's prepare the sauce. Cut the passionfruit in half, take out the pulp, juice with seeds with a spoon, mix everything with sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Put on the stove, bring to a boil, reduce heat, boil for half an hour. Strain the resulting syrup from the seeds, let it cool completely.
Step 2
Peel the shrimp, leave the tails for beauty. Place a pot of water on the stove and salt it. Bring to a boil, drop the shrimp, wait for the water to boil again, then immediately drain the water, rinse the shrimp.
Step 3
Finely chop the bacon and roast it in the oven until it becomes crispy. Place the bacon on paper towels to drain off excess fat.
