It is necessary

    • For the test:
    • flour - 2-2, 5 tbsp,
    • sugar - 1, 5 tbsp,
    • margarine - 1 pack,
    • eggs - 2 pcs,
    • almonds - 250 g
    • cinnamon - 1 tsp,
    • ground ginger - 1 tsp,
    • soda - 1 tsp
    • For glaze:
    • milk or white chocolate - 1 bar,
    • butter - 20 g,
    • milk - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1

Mash the softened margarine in a deep bowl with sugar. Add eggs and whisk.

Step 2

Chop the almonds finely and add to the same bowl, also add the cinnamon and ginger. Stir well to distribute the almonds evenly throughout the dough.

Step 3

Add flour gradually, kneading the dough with your hands. When the dough comes off your hands, add the slaked soda. You can extinguish soda with vinegar or citric acid, or lemon juice. Knead the dough thoroughly.

Step 4

Add a little more flour, place the dough on a floured table and roll it into a rope about five centimeters in diameter. Cut the tourniquet into thin slices.

Step 5

Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and place in the oven.

Step 6

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Step 7

Prepare the icing: break the chocolate bar into pieces, pour into a saucepan, add milk and butter. Put on the smallest heat on the stove and stir constantly. Cook until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Step 8

Dip the finished biscuits in the icing and place on the wire rack to harden. When the icing on the cookie has set, it is ready to eat. Bon Appetit!
