For cheese pancakes used in salad, prepare 100 g flour, 30 g dill, 150 ml milk, 20 g hard cheese, 1 egg. For decoration, you need 50 g of red caviar, several pitted olives, 0.5 lemons, green lettuce leaves, 2 quail eggs.

A distinctive feature of this dish is that it is a cocktail salad, which is served in portions in bowls or wine glasses. All ingredients are laid out in layers, and not mixed into one mass.

First, prepare the cheese and dill pancakes. To do this, combine the egg with milk, add cheese grated on a coarse grater and finely chopped dill, add flour, stir everything thoroughly. Bake 4 thin pancakes in a skillet with vegetable oil.

Now make the salad dressing. Put softened processed cheese, chopped dill and parsley into a container. Cut the avocado, remove the pit from it, remove the pulp, grind it into the pulp, add the juice of 1/3 of the lemon. Combine the resulting mass with cheese and herbs, grind the components until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Try what happens, salt if desired.

Grease each pancake with cheese sauce, on the edge put a strip of chopped salmon, a row of caviar, roll everything up, cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Take a glass on the bottom, put some fish, cucumbers cut into thin strips on top, and a tablespoon of sauce on them. Then put a couple of three pancake rolls, on them a teaspoon of sauce, cucumbers, finely chopped green onions.

Decorate the salad. Cut the lemon into curly circles, cut the boiled quail eggs in half with cloves to make a water lily, remove the yolk, fill with caviar. Decorate the top of the lettuce with yolk, add the olive, lettuce, dill.

Puff salad with red fish

Prepare 100 g of salted red fish, which is more to your taste, fresh tomato, cucumber. Do not forget 1 potato tuber, 2 eggs, 150 g of mayonnaise, a sprig of dill.

The fish, if desired, can be salted on your own by buying fresh for this.

Boil potatoes and eggs, cool, peel. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Take a flat plate, brush its bottom a little with mayonnaise, lay out a layer of potatoes, cover it with mayonnaise. Cut the fish into small strips, put on the potatoes. Save a few pieces of fish to garnish the salad.

Place the diced cucumber on top of the fish. Cover everything with the mayonnaise mesh again. Take the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, grate them on a coarse grater, put in the next layer. Cover the top of the salad with finely grated yolks.

It's time to decorate the dish. Make roses from the left strips of fish, place them on top of the salad. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, arrange in a circle, finish with a sprig of dill. That's it, a delicious salad can be served on the table.
