The casserole according to this recipe is always very tasty and light. Having cooked this dish once, you will cook it more and more often, because the casserole will not leave indifferent even the most fastidious gourmet.

- - 100 g sour cream;
- - 1/2 tsp. soda;
- - 150 g flour;
- - greens to taste;
- - 1/2 tsp. salt;
- - pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Immediately turn on the preheat oven to 180 degrees. While the oven is heating up, let's start cooking.
Step 2
Wash the vegetable marrow under running water, peel it off. Grate it on a coarse grater and discard it in a colander to remove excess juice. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Rinse the greens and lay them on a towel to dry. Chop it finely with a knife. Extinguish the baking soda with vinegar. In a bowl, mix sour cream with baking soda and set aside for a few minutes.
Step 4
Then break the eggs into the sour cream and add salt and pepper. Whisk the mixture a little with a fork or whisk. Add flour to the mixture and mix everything. Now add the previously cooked cheese, herbs and zucchini to the dough and mix gently.
Step 5
Pour the resulting mixture into the prepared mold. Pre-lubricate it with vegetable oil. Place the casserole in a preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
