Recently, it has become increasingly difficult to surprise guests. And so you want to please your loved ones with delicious and beautiful food. After all, saturating the eye is no less important than getting a taste pleasure.
Ingredients:
- pickled champignons 1 can;
- pitted olives - 1 can;
- chicken fillet - 300 g;
- cheese - 200 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- cucumber - 1 pc. large or 2 small;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation
Boil the chicken fillet in one piece with the addition of salt, bay leaves and black peppercorns. When the broth boils, it is advisable to remove the foam. Cut the fillet into cubes.
Boil the eggs to separate the white from the yolk. We need protein for decoration. Chop it finely. Rub the yolk on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the olives, pickled mushrooms and cucumber.
Now we collect the salad in layers:
- Bottom layer: pickled mushrooms mixed with mayonnaise.
- Second layer: grated cheese, and on it a net of mayonnaise.
- Third layer: chicken fillet, top with a net of mayonnaise.
- Fourth layer: fresh cucumber, mayonnaise mesh.
- Fifth layer: grated yolk and mayonnaise in a thin layer
- Decoration: on mayonnaise, thinly draw a bend line and circles in lobes. Gently decorate with chopped olives and egg whites according to the pattern.
This layered salad is also good because it needs to stand in the refrigerator for a while so that the layers are saturated with mayonnaise. This means that you can make it in advance, for example, in the evening, the day before the holiday. This will save you time before the feast, and there is always a lack of it. And after standing overnight in the refrigerator, the Yin-Yang salad will only become juicier and tastier. The main thing is not to forget to close it hermetically or wrap it with cling film. In this case, do not lay out the top decorative layer so as not to crush it, cut the food for it and also put it in the refrigerator in separate containers, and decorate the salad just before serving.
