- Fry for 7 - 10 minutes over medium heat, pour the broth into the contents and simmer for an hour.

- The final step in preparing beef lagman is the process of assembling it.
- Pour boiling water over the noodles (can be heated in the microwave) and put on a plate.
- Put waja on top with a ladle, sprinkle with herbs and add broth. Optionally put a gravy boat next to it.
Lagman in a multicooker
A quick and easy way to make soup includes the following ingredients:
- beef - 300 g;
- potatoes, carrots, bell peppers - 3 pcs.;
- onions, tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - a small head;
- zucchini - 150g;
- parsley - 10 g;
- Oleina oil - 30 ml;
- water - 1.5 l;
- noodles - 250 g;
- salt, spices - to taste.
