An interesting and very satisfying dessert. Fruits can be changed depending on the season, in the summer it is worth adding berries: raspberries, strawberries, black currants. An important condition is that the fruits were not too hard and the tough pieces did not break the thin dough shell. From the specified number of products, 16 triangular pies will be obtained.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of premium wheat flour;
  • 180 ml of water;
  • 100 g of refined vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 tsp salt;
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric.
  • For filling:
  • 2 large ripe peaches;
  • 300 g seedless black grapes;
  • 2 ripe bananas;
  • 2 pears;
  • 150 g of sugar.

Wash, dry, peel fruits, remove seeds and stalks. Cut the fruit into small pieces.

Sift flour into a deep bowl, add turmeric and oil. Rub everything into coarse crumbs with your hands. Dissolve the salt in water, pour the liquid into the flour mixture, knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic and put it in the cold for 2 hours.

Divide the finished dough into 8 equal parts. On a floured board, roll each into a thin oval-shaped layer. Cut the layers in half, you get 16 thin dough pieces. They must be strong, without tears or thickenings.

Put chopped fruits on the blank, add 2 tsp. Sahara. You should not save on the filling, otherwise the samosas will turn out to be bland and not too tasty. Pinch the edges of the cakes and for greater strength. Finished products should resemble pyramids.

Preheat oven to 280 degrees. Place the samosas on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil and lined with baking paper. Bake for 6-8 minutes. It is important not to overexpose the products in the oven, otherwise the boiled fruit juice will break through the shell and the samosas will lose their juiciness.

Remove the sweet pyramids from the oven and cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm. It is customary to first slightly bite the product, drink fruit juice, and then eat the samosas themselves, washing them down with tea.
