To prepare pickle, you need to cook a good rich meat broth. For him, it is better to take meat on the bone, this will give a greater richness to the taste. It is impossible to cook broth quickly. This will take at least 1 hour of time. Therefore, if you need to cook pickle according to a quick recipe, then we take the broth ready-made, pre-cooked and frozen. Bring the broth to a boil. While it is warming up, cut the meat into pieces and send it to a saucepan with broth, let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
