- - 200 g butter;

- - cottage cheese;
- - an egg;
- - sugar;
- - raisins;
- - vanillin;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Mix yeast with salt, add milk, sugar, softened butter, flour.
Knead the dough so that it falls well off your hands. Place it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Allow the dough to warm up a bit and make cheesecakes before cutting.
Step 2
Draw a template on paper and cut with scissors. Roll out the finished dough into a rectangular layer, cut into narrow strips from it.
Step 3
Weave strips of plain plain weave into a rectangular rug the size of a paper template and place it on a sheet of parchment paper. Putting the template on a grid of dough, cut off the excess along the contour with a knife. Place a small partition on the net made from a strip of dough to make a depression that will be filled with the curd filling.
Step 4
Prepare the curd filling: mix the cottage cheese, egg and sugar until smooth, add vanillin, raisins, mix everything well again. Place the curd filling in an oval and gently flatten with a spoon.
Step 5
Turn the braided tongue gently onto the bast shoe. To do this, raise the edge of the parchment paper with one hand, and bring the other hand under the paper and gently, without breaking the mesh, turn the tongue over to the "bast shoe". Trim excess tongue dough or tuck under the "bast shoe", giving the product the appropriate shape.
Step 6
Make an even border from a strip of dough along the edge of the hole in the "bast shoe" and grease it with egg yolk, and grease the rest with warm milk mixed with butter or cream. Bake "bast shoes" at a temperature of 200-210 ° C until a beautiful ruddy color of the product. Remove the baked products from the oven and leave to cool for 15 minutes, covered with a double folded towel.
