Step 1

Grind in a bowl with a fork (you can grind not with a fork, but rub on a coarse grater) 200 grams of margarine and mix with 0.5 kg of flour, break two eggs, pour in 100 grams of sour cream, add a little sugar and salt to taste, 20 grams of yeast. Now everything needs to be mixed with your hands. Since the dough is yeast, you cannot squeeze it too much. Cover the bowl of dough with a towel and leave in a warm place.
