- cottage cheese 500 g;
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tbsp Sahara;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the cottage cheese thoroughly to make small homogeneous lumps. Add egg and stir.
Step 2
Add salt, sugar and flour to the resulting mass, having previously sifted it through a sieve. Knead a not too stiff dough until it is soft and slightly sticky.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Form small oval cakes with a tablespoon, roll them in flour and put on a baking sheet, at a distance from each other, since the curd cakes can increase in size during baking.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the syrniki for about 30 minutes. Serve with condensed milk or sour cream. Bon Appetit!
