  • - 2 chicken eggs;
  • - 2-3 tbsp. l. semolina (perhaps more, it all depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese, focus on the consistency);
  • - 3-4 tbsp. l. sugar (as much as possible, to taste);
  • - vanillin on the tip of a knife;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. odorless vegetable oil for frying;
  • - flour for the formation of curd cakes (for deboning before spreading into the pan).

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients. Put the curd in handy. bowl high enough. Grind the curd through a sieve, knead until relatively homogeneous (with a fork or a potato press) to break up all the hard lumps.

Step 2

Add sugar and eggs, vanillin, mix everything very thoroughly. Add semolina. If the consistency remains sufficiently fluid, add more semolina, until thickened, until the mass is firm enough to form curd cakes. (A little tip: after adding semolina, you can wait a little for it to swell, then you may need less semolina).

Step 3

Preheat a frying pan, add vegetable semolina. Better to take with a non-stick coating. Form curd cakes (you can first roll into balls, flatten a little), roll them in flour and put them in a frying pan.

Step 4

Put the cheese cakes in the pan, reduce the heat. Fry over low heat, on both sides for 3 - 5 minutes until golden brown. If you fry over high heat, the cheesecakes will burn quickly and will not bake.
