  • - 1 kg of potatoes
  • - 300 g dried mushrooms
  • - 200 g flour
  • - 2 onions
  • - salt
  • - butter

Instructions

Step 1

Grate the potatoes finely, add a little flour and add salt there. Knead the potato dough. It shouldn't be thick.

Step 2

Rinse the mushrooms, soak them in cold water for 2 hours. Put the mushrooms on medium heat in the same water in which they were soaked, boil.

Step 3

Drain the water from the mushrooms, rinse them in cool water, place the mushrooms on a cutting board and chop them finely enough.

Step 4

Cut the onion into rings, put in a pan, add oil, fry until golden brown. At this stage, add mushrooms, salt, mix everything.

Step 5

Set the oven to preheat over medium heat. While it is warming up, prepare the form. Spread it with butter, put half of the potato dough on the bottom, put the mushroom mince on top, and then again the potato mass.

Step 6

Put the potatoes with mushrooms in the oven, after 7 minutes grease the surface of the "basket" with oil and bake until tender.
