It is necessary

  • - mashed potatoes (660 g);

  • - onion (190 g);
  • –Carrot (220 g);
  • –Any mushrooms (180 g);
  • –Fill to taste;

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare the filling. To do this, take the onion, remove the husk, rinse. Chop the onion in any shape, put in a pan and fry until half cooked.

Step 2

While the onion is fried, grate the carrots and transfer to the onion. Remember to stir the mixture periodically. The mushrooms should also be finely chopped into cubes and added to the onions and carrots. Cook the filling for about 5-7 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Leave the vegetable mixture to cool for a while.

Boil potatoes, whisk in mashed potatoes using a blender or mixer. Salt a little. Gently add starch to the puree and mix again. Cover the baking sheet with cooking paper and grease. Spread a layer of potato dough over a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

When the top layer of potatoes is browned, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Place the vegetable filling over the potatoes, sprinkle with chopped herbs, gently roll into a roll. Grease the top with vegetable oil and put in the oven again. Cook for about 10 more minutes.

Step 5

Transfer the finished roll to a flat dish and pour over the vegetable sauce that will stand out during cooking. Remember to cut the roll into portions.
