Nowadays, many people observe fasting, during which you can prepare many different dishes, snacks and cutlets. Everyone knows that you can cook not only meat but also vegetable cutlets.
Potato cutlets with mushrooms are an excellent alternative to meat ones, they will also save your budget, every housewife who knows how to save knows this. In addition to everything, you can also use yesterday's puree.
- Potatoes - 1 kg;
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp l;
- Champignons - 0.5 kg;
- Spices - salt, pepper to taste;
- Sunflower oil (for frying) - 200 ml.
breadcrumbs or flour - 100 gr.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into several pieces, put them on fire, salt to taste and cook until tender.
Water from under the potatoes, drain.
Add 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil in potatoes.
Beat with a blender in mashed potatoes, wait for it to cool.
Wash the mushrooms, clean, cut into any convenient shapes and fry in a pan for 10 - 15 minutes.
Remove the frying pan from the stove, put the mushrooms in a bowl and use a blender to turn them into puree.
Add mushrooms to potatoes, add spices if necessary.
We make cutlets from this vegetable puree and bread them in breadcrumbs or flour.
Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan, heat and fry them until a beautiful, golden brown crust.
Put a napkin on the prepared dish, and on them our cutlets (remove the napkin after the excess oil drains).
These patties can be served with any sauce, mayonnaise or sour cream.
