Step 1
Salt and pepper the cooked minced meat, then add very finely chopped raw onions and 2 eggs, mix everything well. With the help of a tablespoon, we will prepare the blank for the cheesecakes as shown in the photo. We put the resulting workpiece in the oven for 10 minutes, at 180 degrees.
Step 2
Add the cream, the remaining 2 eggs and a coarse grated hard cheese, for example, "Holland", to the cooked puree. Beat everything with a mixer or just a fork, as you prefer. You can add turmeric for color - it will be brighter.
Step 3
We take out the semi-finished blanks from the oven and put the mixture of mashed potatoes in the middle with a spoon. Try to overlay so much that it does not flow over the edges. We put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. When our cheesecakes are browned, we take them out of their ovens and, if desired, you can drop a little ketchup in the center.
