An unusual, but very simple and tasty recipe, using which you can please homemade delicious hot cheesecakes for breakfast or afternoon tea. And most importantly - no fiddling with the dough!
It is necessary
- - 7 sufficiently soft bagels;
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 80 g seedless raisins;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons with a slide of sugar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - milk of any fat content for soaking the bagels.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the milk into a deep container, dip the donut in there and leave for about 8-10 minutes to get the bottom soaked.
Step 2
Then turn the donut to the other side and soak in milk for another 10 minutes to soak. Thus, soak all the bagels. To make things go faster, you can pour the milk into several bowls and soak several bagels at once. Or use one large deep dish, which can hold 3-4 bagels at once.
Step 3
Rinse the raisins thoroughly, you can additionally pour boiling water over it. For the filling, mix cottage cheese, raisins, granulated sugar and a chicken egg, add a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil or lay on it with parchment paper, also oiled. Spread the bagels on top. Using a spoon, put the curd filling in the center of each bagel - there should be quite a lot of it, with a slide.
Step 5
Place a baking sheet with bagels in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
Step 6
Using a wooden spatula, very carefully remove the finished cheesecakes from the baking sheet and transfer to a plate, serve immediately. However, the cheesecakes from the bagels are also delicious when cold.
