This spring dish is original and tasty, permeated with the taste and aroma of young vegetables, herbs and garlic.
It is necessary
- - 1 long cucumber;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of low-fat sour cream;
- - 5 pieces. quail eggs;
- - 50 g cream cheese;
- - 1 small clove of garlic;
- - 3-4 pcs. radishes;
- - parsley;
- - dill;
- - salt;
- - pepper;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the cucumber: wash it, cut off the upper longitudinal part, and also for stability, cut off the bottom of the cucumber a little.
Use a teaspoon to remove the core from the cucumber. You should get a long "boat".
Step 2
Prepare the filling: mix cheese with sour cream, add chopped garlic, herbs, salt, pepper.
Boil quail eggs, peel them and cut each into 2 halves.
Cut the radishes into thin slices.
Step 3
Fill the cucumber with the cheese mass, then cut into separate pieces.
Step 4
Put half an egg on each piece of stuffed cucumber and garnish with radish slices.
