We bring to your attention a recipe for a very tasty open pie stuffed with two types of cheese, fried mushrooms and young onions. Such a cake will delight you not only with its juicy taste, but also with its aroma and appearance.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 2 tbsp. flour;
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- ¾ h. L. soda;
- 180 g butter.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 2 bunches of green onions;
- 0, 2 kg of fresh mushrooms;
- 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil (odorless);
- 2 eggs;
- 150 g of Adyghe cheese;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- salt and pepper.
Preparation:
- Sift the flour and pour into a wide bowl. Finely chop cold butter there with a knife, add soda and put sour cream.
- Knead all the ingredients with your hands into an elastic, but rather tight dough.
- Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the freezer for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, you can prepare the filling. To do this, wash, dry and finely chop the green onions with a knife. Wash the mushrooms, peel if necessary and cut into medium-sized cubes.
- Pour some oil into a frying pan and heat it up.
- Put all the onions in hot oil and fry them until light golden brown. Add mushroom cubes to the onion, fry everything together until golden brown, then remove from heat and condemn.
- Crumble the Adyghe cheese with your hands, rub the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Add both cheeses to the mushroom filling, season with salt and pepper and mix.
- Take a round baking dish and grease it with oil.
- Remove the dough from the freezer, unwind, put on the table, sprinkled with flour, and roll into a cake.
- Move the cake into the mold, making the bottom and sides of the cake. All excess dough can be cut off and further put on decorations for the pie.
- Put all the mushroom filling into the dough, smooth it out with a spoon.
- Beat the eggs into a plate and beat. Pour the egg mass over the mushroom filling.
- Send the formed pie for 5 minutes to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. During this time, the eggs should be crusty.
- After 5 minutes, remove the cake pan from the oven, decorate the top of the cake with dough and green onion feathers, seal everything with foil, send to the oven and bake for another half hour until the dough is ready.
- Remove the finished mushroom pie with young onions from the oven, cool a little, chop and serve immediately.
