This pie is quick to cook, does not require much time and products, and does not contain many calories. Such a lazy cake will undoubtedly appeal not only to adults, but also to children, especially if served with sour cream!
Ingredients for the dough:
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 220 g of cottage cheese;
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- 100 ml sour cream;
- salt.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 400 g white cabbage;
- 2 boiled eggs;
- ½ bunch of parsley, green onions, dill;
- salt and black pepper.
Preparation:
- Finely chop the young cabbage with a sharp knife, put in a wide bowl, add salt and mash with your hands.
- Boil eggs until tender, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Wash all the greens and chop finely with a knife, put together with the eggs to the chopped cabbage, season with spices and mix until smooth.
- Rub the cottage cheese thoroughly through a sieve, put it with sour cream in a separate container and mix.
- Beat all raw eggs with a fork and pour into the curd mass, stirring it again. Then add flour and hammer the dough with the consistency of sour cream.
- Pour the dough into the cabbage filling, knead and send to the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour so that all the ingredients stick together a little and freeze slightly.
- After this time, pour the dough-cabbage mass into a split baking dish and send for 40-45 minutes to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- After 40-45 minutes, check the pie for readiness with a wooden match or a toothpick. If it is still raw, then it needs to be baked, periodically checking for readiness.
- If the lazy pie with young cabbage and eggs is still ready, then you need to remove it from the oven, cool it a little, cut it and serve it along with sour cream. At the same time, it is recommended to serve it with good quality sour cream, as it will not only complement, but also decorate the taste of the finished cake. Note that the lazy pie can be served both hot and cold.
