Cabbage is very supportive of all kinds of additives. For example, you will get an interesting taste if you prepare a salad of young cabbage and shrimp. The cucumber will give the salad a fresh smell, and the apple will add a pleasant sourness.
It is necessary
- For three servings:
- - 300 g of young cabbage;
- - 100 g of peeled shrimp;
- - 1 cucumber;
- - half an apple;
- - 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise;
- - lemon juice, sugar, salt.

Step 1
Take young cabbage for a salad, chop it thinly. Add a little sugar and salt, grind so that the cabbage begins to secrete juice. Add mayonnaise with lemon juice to it, stir. You do not need to add a lot of mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon is enough, add more - the cabbage will float in it.
Step 2
Boil the shrimps in salted water, cool them, peel. Peel an apple, it is better to take a green one, cut it into thin strips. Rinse the fresh cucumber; peeling it is not necessary - this will make the salad green. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
Step 3
Add the cucumber and apple to the cabbage and stir. You don't need to chop the shrimp - add them whole, so the salad looks more interesting. Mix all ingredients gently. You can let the ready-made salad of young cabbage and shrimp brew for 15 minutes (put in the refrigerator).
Step 4
Serve the salad in a beautiful salad bowl, you can put it on lettuce leaves, and garnish with whole sprigs of dill or parsley on top. Do not cook salad with a margin - it does not store for a long time, even in the refrigerator.
