Lingonberry cake is a fresh, fragrant and light dessert that can be prepared at home very quickly and please your family over an evening tea!

- - 14 g gelatin
- - 160 g sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough - beat the proteins with sugar until a homogeneous mass is obtained, then add flour there and knead the dough.
Step 2
Divide the resulting dough into three parts, pour into molds and set to bake in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the cream - beat 2/3 of the cream with a mixer with 2/3 of the sugar, add the gelatin soaked in advance and melted in warm water there and beat everything again until smooth.
Step 4
We prepare the filling - we thoroughly wash the lingonberries, put them in a colander so that the glass water and dry them on a towel. Then pour the lingonberries into the cottage cheese and mix the resulting filling well.
Step 5
Spread cream and filling evenly on the surface of each cake and form a cake.
Step 6
Whip the rest of the cream with sugar and coat the top and edges of the product with this cream. Apply a multi-colored sprinkle on top.
Step 7
Using a pastry bag, decorate the edges of the cake in a circle with cream flowers or patterns.
Step 8
We send the finished dessert to a cool place for 30-40 minutes.
