Delicate cake with an unforgettable orange scent, very tasty and light!
It is necessary

- - 200 g flour
- - 250 g butter
- -250 g sugar
- - 100 g of potato starch
- - 1/2 packet vanillin
- - 4 eggs
- - yolks of 3 eggs
- - orange juice and zest
- - 150 g of candied orange fruits

- - icing sugar
Instructions
Step 1
First, soften the butter. This can be done as follows:
- cut the butter into pieces, put it on a plate and put it in a saucepan with hot water. As soon as the butter softens, grind it with sugar, yolks and vanilla.
Step 2
Add egg whites to this mass and beat everything until smooth.
Step 3
Then rub the orange zest on a grater and squeeze the juice separately.
Step 4
We take our mixture and add orange zest, juice, flour, starch, candied fruits to it and knead the dough. The dough must be kneaded with a whisk or mixer. It should not be too liquid, but not thick, otherwise the cake will turn out to be hard and dry.
Step 5
Put the dough into a pre-greased mold and distribute it evenly.
Step 6
We put the product in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Step 7
Ready-made cake, if desired, can be decorated with powdered sugar and served.
