In such heat, I don't want to eat at all. Our body refuses fatty and heavy foods. Salads from vegetables and fruits, okroshka, sorrel soup and other dishes come to the rescue. Light and tasty is a salad with avocado and Chinese cabbage. And also in it, as in any other salads, it contains many vitamins.
It is necessary
- - avocado - 1 pc.,
- - Chinese cabbage - 1/2 head of cabbage,
- - cherry tomato - 7 pcs.,
- - lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
- For refueling:
- - honey - 1 tsp.,
- - soda - 1/2 cup,
- - chopped cashew nuts - 1 tbsp. l.,
- - soy sauce - 1 tsp,
- - a pinch of ground black pepper,
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry cashew nuts in a pan without oil for 3-4 minutes. Then grind the nuts in a blender and mix with honey, water, soy sauce, pepper, salt.
Step 2
Coarsely cut the Chinese cabbage. Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the bone from it and cut into thin half rings.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into four pieces. Mix vegetables in a salad bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour the prepared dressing.
