Step 1
To make sushi, buy Japanese rice from Mistral. Rinse the rice thoroughly until transparent, cover with water, boil for 15 minutes. You can cook rice in a multicooker using the Loose Rice setting.
Step 2
You can take ready-made pickled mussels. If you have peeled frozen ones, then dip them in boiling salted water, wait until foam appears on top, then count out 5 minutes. Throw ready-made mussels in a colander, let them cool.
Step 3
For rice, prepare a dressing: mix the heated vinegar with sugar and salt, add to the rice and stir gently with a wooden spatula. Moisten your hands in water and mold 10 balls of the same size with a diameter of about 2.5 cm out of rice. Slightly flatten each of them at the bottom.
Step 4
Chop the parsley very finely, leaving the leaves for decoration, roll each nigiri ball with the bottom in chopped parsley. Spread wasabi on top of the balls, put a parsley leaf and one mussel.
Step 5
Nigiri sushi with mussels and parsley are ready. Using this recipe, you can cook nigiri with other seafood or any fish. No originality is required at the expense of serving: serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
