Fried chicken is a popular dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for a festive table as well as for a casual family dinner. There are many options for its preparation, but chicken is especially tender in milk sauce.

- - 1 tbsp. milk;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 chicken;
- - 0.5 tsp ground red pepper;
- - 0.5 tsp adjika;
- - 100 g of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a kilogram chicken carcass, rinse it well and cut into the breast. Then beat off with a wooden mallet, turn out the wings and press firmly against the carcass.
Step 2
Stir red pepper with adjika and evenly grate the carcass with this mixture, leave the chicken for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a deep skillet and place the chicken on top of the chicken. Put a press on the carcass and fry for 10 minutes over high heat. Then turn the bird over and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat, drain off the melted fat and pour the hot milk sauce over the cooked chicken. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
