500 g chicken fillet, 2 cloves of garlic, 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey, juice of one lime, 2-3 cm of ginger root, lemongrass (lemon sorghum), ground red pepper, vegetables (paprika, green beans, asparagus, bamboo shoots)
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips.
Step 2
Make a marinade with lime juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, grated ginger root, lemongrass and hot pepper. Add it to the fillet and leave to marinate for half an hour to two hours.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan (preferably a wok) and fry the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add vegetables, the remaining marinade (if it is not enough, you can add water or chicken broth) and simmer until tender (15-20 minutes).
Step 5
Serve as a stand-alone dish or with a side dish. Boiled rice, clear rice noodles, or green salad are the best side dishes.
