- 500 g of fresh caviar;
- eggs - 2 pcs;
- flour - 3 tablespoons;
- semolina - 3 tablespoons;
- salt
- pepper to taste;
- some sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the caviar gently under a gentle stream of cold water to keep it from falling apart. Peel the caviar from the films. To do this, use a narrow and very sharp knife.
Step 2
Place in a clean dish and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Put the salted caviar in the refrigerator for 1, 5 hours.
Step 3
Remove the caviar from the refrigerator and place it in a blender bowl. Whisk with a blender for 30 seconds using the slowest speed.

Add eggs, salt and pepper to the caviar. Beat the resulting mass again with a mixer.
Step 5
Gradually add flour and semolina, stirring the dough thoroughly with a spoon. You no longer need a blender.

The consistency of the dough should be the same as for ordinary pancakes, even a little more liquid.

Pour some refined sunflower oil into the pan. Heat it up a little.
Step 8
Spoon the dough into the pan as if you were baking a pancake.

Fry the caviar on both sides until they acquire a delicious golden color.
Step 10
Place ready-made caviar pancakes on a beautiful dish and serve. You can make sour cream sauce to complement your meal. It should be borne in mind that caviar is very high in calories, and if you follow your figure, then you do not need to season this dish with sour cream.
